As president of PrePAIR Mentors, Nishi provides the direction and vision necessary to uphold the 3 A’s of mentorship: being available, analytical, and an active listener. Alongside her Executive Lead Team, Nishi oversees all operations essential to PrePAIR Mentors along with the organization’s global expansion such as corporate events and international education fairs. 

As the Senior Technical Lead of PrePAIR Mentors, Allison promotes PrePAIR Mentors by routinely updating the website and other platforms. Allison captures professional photos at each monthly meeting and various volunteer activities PrePAIR holds with the purpose of displaying them on the website and other social media platforms. 

As the Executive Program Manager and Editor-in-Chife, Neha aids in bringing in different mentors of various career backgrounds and fields to share and provide several internships opportunities, shadowing opportunities, and more experience to the entirety of PrePAIR Mentors, enabling students to discover opportunities that best align with their aspirations.

As Chapter Coordinator of PrePAIR Mentors, Pranali finds countless opportunities to help globally expand the mission of the organization by using external outreach skills to reach out to schools and various entities who would be willing to start a PrePAIR Mentors chapter at their institute. At ISEF 2023, Pranali focused on recruiting chapters. 

As the Vice President of Public Relations, Thejal is in charge of all social media and communications PrePAIR. She posts monthly chapter updates on all social media accounts, and increases follower engagement by creating both visually appealing and informative posts. She works with other officers to ensure all photos and information are up to date. 

As the Executive Vice President of Operations, Cieun assists in the planning and promotion of PrePAIR events, such as the monthly meetings and the community service opportunities. Cieun works to coordinate the numerous aspects of PrePAIR in order to create a smooth, effective process for the club members.

As the Vice President of Sponsor Outreach, Macy reaches out to potential mentors who are willing to come and in speak to the PrePAIR club members. She works with these professionals to formulate a potential presentation plan for each mentor meeting and communicates with the other officers to ensure the dates and times work well for everyone.
