Randie Odebralski:
Meet our mentor, Randie Odebralski. Mr. Odebralski has over twenty-four years of leadership experience in healthcare, as well as nineteen years of leadership experience for the Walgreen Company. He currently provides direction, strategy, and vision to Good Days, and delivers patient-focused navigation solutions centered on access to care, advocacy, collaboration, and service.
Current Position/Occupation: Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Good Days, and a chair member for United Charitable Assistance (UCA).

Meeting Recap:
The first part of the meeting consisted of introducing PrePAIR Mentor’s Leadership team to newly-joined members. Mr. Odebralski then takes the stage by having students introduce themselves as well as what experience and skills they would like to gain by taking part in this organization. Mr. Odebralski utilizes the exercise mentioned above to help students gain exposure to public speaking along with tapping into their interpersonal skills. The primary focus of this meeting was to utilize interactive and dynamic lessons to practice working with interpersonal skills, as well as to emphasize the importance of interpersonal skills in its entirety.
